30-Day Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your SleepNest™ product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns

 

To qualify for a return:

  • Your item must be in like-new condition
  • Include all parts, accessories, and packaging
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or email)

 

Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:


  • Used scent pads or opened aromatherapy oils
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, use the contact link

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if there is damage or a defect)

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrived damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your:

  • Original payment method
  • Within 3–7 business days

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong product received
  • Products that malfunction within the first 30 days

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
