30-Day Sleep Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your SleepNest™ product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in like-new condition
- Include all parts, accessories, and packaging
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or email)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents are not eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used scent pads or opened aromatherapy oils
- Gift cards
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, use the contact link
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if there is damage or a defect)
Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- If your item arrived damaged, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your:
- Original payment method
- Within 3–7 business days
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong product received
- Products that malfunction within the first 30 days

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
